Project Management
Quality
After we have received your order it will be processed internally and all software licenses together with the required hardware will be ordered and collated. Once all the components are in place we will contact you and schedule the delivery of your order. A Microsoft Certified Engineer will be assigned to ensure that your implementation is carried out to the required standard and best practice. You can rest assured that "best practice" means providing our clients with superior IT solutions and maintaining our Microsoft Gold Standard status.
Procedures
Before any work is carried out an implementation procedure will be mutually agreed. The procedure will be documented to ensure that both parties are aware of what actions will happen and when they will happen. The implementation procedure will also document what hardware and software is required to complete the project. Following the procedure will ensure that every action is completed in the shortest time possible and that disruption to your business is kept to a minimum.
Validation
Once your new IT solution is up and running the configuration will be validated to ensure that nothing has been left undone. Any extra options ordered such as "Online Backup" will be tested and proved to be working at 100%. Only when you are completely satisfied that your system is complete will we consider the project delivered, you will then be asked to sign off the work.
